The Sioule valley area has low rolling hills, ideal for cycling. Every bend offers a new view to be admired. Local forests of beech and oak are lovely places to ride in hot weather. Local roads are fairly empty of traffic and fantastic for cycling.
	For mountain biking, the entire countryside is networked by public tracks and small roads. You can ride on these in complete peace and quiet.
